Grant of License

AirportVisions GmbH & Co. KG hereby grants to the Customer the following non- exclusive rights: Customer may install and use several copies of the CyViation Animator DEMO on his own computers.

Customer Obligations

Customer agrees not to reverse engineer, reassemble, modify or distribute the licensed Software.

Warranties

AirportVisions GmbH & Co. KG does not warrant the Software in any way whatsoever and does not warrant the Software with regard to performance, proper operation or defects. The customer accepts all responsibility and liability for use of the Software.

Limits of Liability

AirportVisions GmbH & Co. KG shall not be liable for any lost of profit, or any other special or consequential damages suffered by Customer or in any way attributable to the Software.

General Provisions

The actual general terms and conditions of AirportVisions GmbH & Co. KG apply in all cases.
